Why this Matters to Me
I’ve Been on this Side of the Conversation, Too
With my parents living in California and me here in Massachusetts, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of helping aging parents from a distance. I understand the difficult conversations, the uncertainty about what comes next and the delicate balance between respecting a parent’s independence and wanting to ensure their well- being. And working with siblings to accomplish this.
Those experiences have shaped how I work with older homeowners and their families. My SRES designation provides specialized training, but my personal experience has taught me the importance of listening, planning ahead and recognizing that every family has different needs and circumstances. My goal is to help people feel informed, respected and supported regardless of where they are in the process.
